The Star Idaho Real Estate market has taken quite a hit in the recent years just like every other real estate market in the country. There are also properties that were originally listed for 400 thousand dollars which can now be bought for about 250 thousand of three hundred thousand dollars.

Foreclosed homes are also abundant in Idaho but buyers need to be careful in purchasing pre-owned homes. Although several foreclosed homes are left in exceptional condition, there is always a good chance that some foreclosed homes being offered in the market require some improvements such as carpet replacements, the usual touch up, and repairs of fixtures.
